Anatomy 101

Your clients trust you to guide them in the moving and shaping of their bodies, and there is nothing more essential to your ability to do so safely and effectively than a sound awareness of how those bodies work. This 12-hour introductory workshop goes back to the basics of anatomy and introduces some fundamental biomechanical concepts, reviewing the bones and muscles and building on your understanding of how they work and how they move.
